MOCRA Regatta Latest Update

The dates are from the 11th to the 14th of September, with no organised event on Thursday the 11th apart from a good old knees up at the club in the evening.

The original plan was to have a BBQ at East head at the entrance to Chichester Harbour, but due to time constraints and people finding hard to commit to being there for a specific time, the general consencous was to meet up at Bembridge instead.

Please do try and come along to Bembridge, as last year we had 25 boats there and it was a great sight and atmosphere seeing all the boats lined up on the beach and a great time was had by all.

There is racing on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which forms the MOCRA National championships, but the event is not solely centered around racing, but a great opportunity for cruisers, racers and pontoon huggers to meet up and enjoy what sailing multihulls is all about.

Bembridge sailing club does good food and there will be Volley ball on the beach if the weather is half decent.
